Right of Withdrawal
If the order is not covered under "The Perishable Goods Exception" then you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In such case, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
The Perishable Goods Exception
Under Polish Consumer Rights Law (Article 38, Item 4), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that:
- Deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life (towary ulegające szybkiemu zepsuciu lub mające krótki termin przydatności do użycia).
- Are custom-made, personalized, or handcrafted to order (towary wyprodukowane według specyfikacji konsumenta lub służące zaspokojeniu jego zindywidualizowanych potrzeb).
